  This store doesn't seem to open on time - I leave for work early in the morning, but always try to arrive at 0500-0510 (when they are supposed to open at 0500) only to find out that the store is still dark! This isn't once or twice. It's nearly every week day.
  
  The lines are atrocious in the mornings and the weekends, which can be expected, but it seems that they don't care a coffee can take up to 20 minutes some days. The drive thru is not much better when it gets backed up. If you're busy - try hiring more people!
  
  I have lost count on the number of times that my sandwiches have come out to me still cold (Chicken Sandwich on an English Muffin - with the Chicken still frozen).
  
  Being around the corner and on my way to work is the only saving grace to this DD - when it opens on time. A few of the staff members are decent (received a free 'baker's creation' in the afternoon once), but overall - I just get frustrated going to this DD.

  Was just in there and saw a cockroach crawling atop the top layer where the trays are. I pointed it out to the cashier and she said oh yeah. She tried to swat with her hand. I told her that I lost my appetite and left. If there are roaches walking around in the light how many are in the dark?

  Very slow drive through. Wait 15 min just to order everytime. Hire some workers that have there shot together
